About our subject:

In Art and Design students have the opportunity to explore a range of media, materials, techniques and technology to create exciting and original artwork. All aspects of Art and Design studied are informed and supported by relevant contextual investigation and research. In the Art Department we have a happy, positive working environment where each student is encouraged to reach their full potential. Many students undertake GCSE and A-Level Art and Design and move on to higher education resulting in careers in the Creative Industries.
